I’ve been fascinated by psychology since I was fifteen. Back then I read my first articles about where emotions come from and how to deal with them. Then came a degree in psychology, a coaching certification, therapy and many spiritual practices, and each of them became a piece of the puzzle that shaped who I am.
And still, one day I noticed that my life wasn’t turning out the way I wanted. That’s when I realised how much of our life runs on learned programs, and that many of them don’t help us at all. They also hide well, and the more you know about yourself, the easier it is to overlook them.
I started catching my thoughts, questioning them and changing them: pulling out the weeds that had grown in my head and planting beliefs that help me grow in their place. And the most important thing I learned is that theory alone changes nothing. When you find a belief, do something that goes against it straight away, because only action truly rewires the brain, the mind and your life.
The journal came about because I wanted a clear structure at hand, something that would help me notice my thoughts and beliefs every day and show me what to do with them next. I really missed a plan like that: a simple path you can follow day after day, changing your life step by step.
I chose the colours of the journal on purpose. Black is where it all begins: the old beliefs that live in the dark and run our lives for as long as we cannot see them. White is the light in which you can finally see them, and the clarity you slowly reach, page by page. And red, the small seal that appears throughout the journal, is the moment you truly understand something and decide to act in a new way. Together, these three colours are the whole path, a full cycle of rebirth: out of the dark and into the light, through warm, living steps.
